MC Electrical have just installed a 13 kWh system at our house and I cannot recommend them highly enough.From the initial sales consultation to the pre install site visit by Alan and then the scheduling of the installation by the office staff to the actual installation by Alan and his team today, they all went above and beyond what was necessary to make the experience as easy as possible.It is rare to find diligent and efficient and professional "old school" service nowadays and MC Electrical have it in spades.If you want a solar system of the best quality installed by professionals then you need to contact MC Electrical.

Was referred to MC by a friend who is getting work done, outstanding work, I had to get some extra switchboard work done as it was an old house. Professional and Neat installation, they have a good back-end support and set everything up for you.I have an EV and they handled putting in the charger etc, Not the cheapest but I went with them because I heard they were end too end great installers and not some cowboys, I wanted to make sure I get some back up service if anything goes wrong... which from what I have seen shouldn't. From the installers to the Office staff, big thumbs up.They also thing outside the box if there is something that needs to be changed on your installation.

MC Electrical installed a BYD battery (16.6 kWh), Fronius Symo GEN 24 8.0 Inverter and Wattpilot home 22kW EV charger on 18th September.The whole process from initial contact to installation and commissioning was very professional. I was kept fully informed throughout.Ben was very helpful with my requests for information and providing quotes for a few options.Shane (electrician), Jin and Stephan (apprentices) did a neat job replacing the existing inverter with the new one, installing the battery (connecting to my existing solar panels) and EV charger.A big thank you to Shane for returning promptly to track down a faulty isolation switch on the EV charger which was faulty on one phase.The system is performing very well.If you are looking at installing a PV system, battery or EV charger I recommend you give MC Electrical the opportunity to assist you.

I recently had an issue with connecting to my solar system due to a change in home internet. MC Electrical jumped onto it straight and resolved the issue within a couple of days of me reporting the issue. Their after-sales service support is second to none. A massive shout out to Dane and Brooklyn for their outstanding customer service and urgency to resolve the issue which was caused by a faulty dongle. Well done MC Electrical. You guys rock!

MC Electrical installed our 11kwh solar system and they did a brilliant job.The workmanship is to a very high standard and the staff are friendly and helpful. After service care is also fantastic.There was a little bit of confusion as to where exactly on the roof the panels were to be installed due to a last minute panel orientation change. I wasn't happy with the end result and MC electrical sent staff around to assess and moved a large section of panels that would have been at significant cost to them. Most companies would have walked away and it's an absolute credit to their service.Thanks MC electrical, I wouldn't look anywhere else - you get what you pay for.

Great company. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for so for an investment like solar you want to use someone you can trust. We installed solar using MC Electrical in 2022 and the before, during and after support is great. Strongly recommend using them.

Honestly, I am very appreciative of these guys. No fault of their own, my system was much more complicated than most jobs, including 3 phase meter upgrades for my business. They helped me with Energex and went above and beyond to make sure my solar system was connected and working. They were easy to talk to and always answered my questions both on-site and over the phone. This is my first time installing solar, and it can be a headache trying to sift through to find the right provider but boy am I glad to have found these guys. Highly recommend and thank you for the support.

A+++++ MC Solar & Electrical have exceeded my expectations. I had a 5KW system installed and it has been excellent. From the initial enquiry to quote, to installation and follow up, they have been very professional, prompt and reliable. Product and workmanship is second to none! They even rang me up a few weeks after the installation to check that everything including the solar wifi system monitoring has been going well. My power bills have dropped from over $1200 to below $200 per quarter after the installation! WOW, I'm very happy. I had a long technical talk with Mark today about Solar in general. Even though I am not from Qld., and can't purchase from him, I am mightily impressed by his knowledge and very appreciative of his advise.He has direct contact with Fronius in Austria and is thus very up to date with their products. Part of his advise was to use Solar Analytics in order to find accurate information about my consumption and what I would expect to save.I especially like his review videos and will now be saving money by not purchasing Enphase Microinverters or Solar Edge Optimisers. In my case, there is little to no shade and would not benefit from the added expense of these two porducts. Money I can now put towards a larger solar panel array. So thank you very much Mark.
