What to expect
Once you fill in the form, our friendly administration staff will aim to contact you within one business day.
If you are looking for a new install, we’ll arrange to make an appointment at your home at a convenient time for you. We can give you an accurate and tailored quote if we visit your home. However, if that’s not suitable, we can email you an estimate by discussing your needs over the phone.
We won’t try to “pressure sale” you. We don’t even give a quote while we are in your home. Solar is a considerable investment, and you need time to consider your options. We’ll endeavour to email an accurate quote to you within 24 hours.
Accepting the quote
On acceptance of the quote, we ask for a 20% deposit, and we will lock in an install date. Our lead time for installation is generally around six weeks. We only use employees to do the install. We never use subcontractors. This helps with our quality control.
On completion, we’ll give you a handover kit, and we can connect your inverter to the internet and set up your online monitoring. We’ll do all the Energex paperwork – but we’ll need you to call your retailer.
But that’s not the end. We pride ourselves in after-sales service. If you’ve got questions about monitoring, your power bill, or which retailer you should go with – we can help you with that. We want you to be a raving fan!
