Was referred to MC by a friend who is getting work done, outstanding work, I had to get some extra switchboard work done as it was an old house. Professional and Neat installation, they have a good back-end support and set everything up for you.I have an EV and they handled putting in the charger etc, Not the cheapest but I went with them because I heard they were end too end great installers and not some cowboys, I wanted to make sure I get some back up service if anything goes wrong... which from what I have seen shouldn't. From the installers to the Office staff, big thumbs up.They also thing outside the box if there is something that needs to be changed on your installation.

MC Electrical installed a BYD battery (16.6 kWh), Fronius Symo GEN 24 8.0 Inverter and Wattpilot home 22kW EV charger on 18th September.The whole process from initial contact to installation and commissioning was very professional. I was kept fully informed throughout.Ben was very helpful with my requests for information and providing quotes for a few options.Shane (electrician), Jin and Stephan (apprentices) did a neat job replacing the existing inverter with the new one, installing the battery (connecting to my existing solar panels) and EV charger.A big thank you to Shane for returning promptly to track down a faulty isolation switch on the EV charger which was faulty on one phase.The system is performing very well.If you are looking at installing a PV system, battery or EV charger I recommend you give MC Electrical the opportunity to assist you.

MC Electrical installed our 11kwh solar system and they did a brilliant job.The workmanship is to a very high standard and the staff are friendly and helpful. After service care is also fantastic.There was a little bit of confusion as to where exactly on the roof the panels were to be installed due to a last minute panel orientation change. I wasn't happy with the end result and MC electrical sent staff around to assess and moved a large section of panels that would have been at significant cost to them. Most companies would have walked away and it's an absolute credit to their service.Thanks MC electrical, I wouldn't look anywhere else - you get what you pay for.

Honestly, I am very appreciative of these guys. No fault of their own, my system was much more complicated than most jobs, including 3 phase meter upgrades for my business. They helped me with Energex and went above and beyond to make sure my solar system was connected and working. They were easy to talk to and always answered my questions both on-site and over the phone. This is my first time installing solar, and it can be a headache trying to sift through to find the right provider but boy am I glad to have found these guys. A+++++ MC Solar & Electrical have exceeded my expectations. I had a 5KW system installed and it has been excellent. From the initial enquiry to quote, to installation and follow up, they have been very professional, prompt and reliable. Product and workmanship is second to none! They even rang me up a few weeks after the installation to check that everything including the solar wifi system monitoring has been going well. My power bills have dropped from over $1200 to below $200 per quarter after the installation! WOW, I'm very happy. I had a long technical talk with Mark today about Solar in general. Even though I am not from Qld., and can't purchase from him, I am mightily impressed by his knowledge and very appreciative of his advise.He has direct contact with Fronius in Austria and is thus very up to date with their products. Part of his advise was to use Solar Analytics in order to find accurate information about my consumption and what I would expect to save.I especially like his review videos and will now be saving money by not purchasing Enphase Microinverters or Solar Edge Optimisers. In my case, there is little to no shade and would not benefit from the added expense of these two porducts. Money I can now put towards a larger solar panel array. So thank you very much Mark.

after much research i chose MC electrical for our 5kw system (solar Edge and Qcell) installation 4years ago... the team has been professional prompt and courteous. one panel failed and the inverter itself failed on separate occasions- they are onsite within 48hours from first call, and replacements installed within 2 weeks even during COVID, all without me having to chased them up... I have since recommended them to many people and at least 4 household I know of chose MC Electrical and are still very happy. One of those installation had an waterproofing issue which was discovered one Saturday afternoon in the rain - someone was there within 2 hours to do a temporary fix and the owner called my friend on the same Saturday to apologies and whole situation rectified by Tuesday - Human error inevitably occurs- how you deal with it defines you - this company sets an example for others to follow!!!

They've done two solar installations for me over the years and both have been exceptional. Excellent service from the office team, onsite work is professional and high quality. They have obvious pride in their work and do the little touches to make the install really seamless into the property.After sales service and support when a third party piece failed after a couple years has been 100%. Reinforced the value of getting MC to do the install. Did not hesitate to have them do our new place, and recommend them to everyone who's looking for Solar.

I am aware a lot of people are having trouble with their solar retailers. I suspect its the nature of the industry with its race to the bottom (price). MC Electrical were not the cheapest, however now i can see why they weren't. Very sophisticated customer experience processes, they were patient with the covid delays and when it was time to install they did it in one morning, beautifully neat job.

We had our 10kW System installed by MC Electrical few days ago.The whole process was straight forward.Dane from installation team was very polite and all works were completed clean with professional standards.We faced few issues during the installation, but rectifying the issues was really easy. The operation manager Ryan provided prompt and professional resolution to any issues we had, so we are glad we had our system installed by MC Electrical. Just had a 10.14 kW system installed by MC electrical after a recommendation by a friend. Jaime was not at all pushy as a salesperson, it didn't feel like she was just trying to pass off whatever they had in stock as the best system to get, unlike other companies I got quotes from. She was helpful and responsive with questions. I also really liked the MC electrical blog which was a very useful aid in decision making. The guys who installed the system were prompt and professional. It all appears to be working as intended, hopefully for many years to come!

We had a system installed by MC Electrical 6 years ago and I was very impressed with their service then. We recently had a cracked tile under one of the panels and so I rang them to get a quote to remove the panel and replace the tile. Their service manager, Shane, arranged for one of their guys to drop by and do the work for no charge. Mark came out to go through the different solar panels, systems and how the panels would be fitted, he gave us a few different quotes that we could choose from and we felt no pressure to AT ALL to to lock in a contract with them.... Both Jem and Shane were lovely on the phone, from the moment we said we wanted to go ahead with a quote, to making sure we were happy with our installation, to continuing now helping us with any questions we may have being first time solar owners.... Josh and his team were amazing, on time, ready for any questions we had and also honest with what needed to happen on the day (the weather, no power for periods of time, where everything was going to go ect...) which put our minds at ease too.
